The Chronicle
Every ceremony, every turning point, every offer declined. The decisions that built this.
This is the full record. 18 months. 78 ceremonies across Costa Rica, Peru, and Colombia. A career dismantled. A book written. A 70-day immersion ahead. Everything that brought us here.
Ah Ha is Published
Global
The book is released. Everything the medicine revealed, everything the Hermetic Principles decoded, distilled into a single volume on Ayahuasca, Hermeticism, and human transformation.

Costa Rica
Cards left for strangers across Costa Rica. Each one carries a message, a QR code, and an invitation to connect. A social experiment in radical vulnerability, mapped in real time.

40 ceremonies (79-118)
Costa Rica
Ten weeks. Forty ceremonies. The deepest commitment yet. Everything before this was preparation.
Costa Rica: The Final Preparation
12 ceremonies (67-78)
Costa Rica
Three consecutive weeks. Twelve ceremonies. The medicine had already spoken. Ten weeks, Costa Rica, full immersion. This was the final preparation before answering that call.
Turned Down VP of Data Architecture
Remote
VP of Data Architecture at a fintech company. The offer was real. The alignment was not. Walked away.
Integration Therapy Begins
Colombia
Began one-on-one psychedelic integration therapy and breathwork. The ceremonies open the door. The integration is the walk through it.
Started Writing Ah Ha
Colombia
Put pen to paper. Everything the medicine had shown me, everything the Hermetic Principles had decoded, began taking form as a book.
MahaDevi
3 ceremonies (64-66)
Putumayo, Colombia
Returned to MahaDevi directly from Mocoa. The integration had already begun before the ceremonies ended.
Mocoa, Colombia
10 ceremonies (54-63)
Mocoa, Colombia
Two weeks in Mocoa. Drank with three different shamans. Each one showed a different angle of the same mirror.
MahaDevi, Putumayo
4 ceremonies (50-53)
Putumayo, Colombia
The first week drinking Yagé (also spelled Yage), the Colombian Ayahuasca, and Crudo. The Colombian medicine tradition. Different frequency, different teachers, same undeniable truth. The vine speaks every language.
Nihue Rao, Peru
33 ceremonies (17-49)
Iquitos, Peru
Nearly two months in the Peruvian Amazon with the Shipibo (Shipibo-Conibo) at Nihue Rao Centro Espiritual. Completed two plant dietas. This was not a retreat. It was a dismantling. And somewhere inside it, the medicine pointed south. Toward Colombia. Toward Putumayo.
Costa Rica: The Return
4 ceremonies (13-16)
Costa Rica
Three months of integration, then back to ceremony. The work continued to strip away what was no longer true.
Resigned from Senior Data Manager
Remote
Resigned from a new role as Senior Data Manager at a healthcare company. The path had already turned. I chose to follow it.
Costa Rica: Going Deeper
8 ceremonies (5-12)
Costa Rica
Back-to-back retreats. No time to rebuild the walls between them. The medicine went deeper. The patterns surfaced. And then she spoke clearly. The job had to go. It would prevent the healing. I listened.
Costa Rica: The Beginning
4 ceremonies (1-4)
Costa Rica
The first four ceremonies. The medicine introduced itself. I met parts of myself I had spent decades avoiding.
Booked First Ayahuasca Trip
Costa Rica
Something in me knew before my mind could catch up. I booked the first ceremony before I had any idea what I was walking into.
Laid Off
Remote
Laid off from my full-time job. The ground opened up. What felt like an ending was the beginning of everything.
The immersion begins March 22. Follow it in real time.
